Lack of clarity of the contract notice terms cannot be to the detriment of a tenderer, who failed to submit supporting documents in a timely manner, justifiably assuming that their untimely submission does not lead to his immediate exclusion. ISO 22000 quality certificate or equivalent: certification by an independent accredited body is required for the proper development, implementation and maintenance of this system.
