The pension reductions of former diplomats and relevant categories of Ministry Of Foreign Affairs which are related to the reductions in the remuneration of officials and have retroactive effect from 1st August 2012, violate the provisions of Constitution and Article 1 of Protocol No 1 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
