Ioannis Xaralambis1914-1921
Lawyer. He was born in Kalavryta in 1855 and was the elder brother of Lieutenant General and former Prime Minister (1922) Anastasios Charalambis. He served as General Secretary of the Ministry of Finance in 1897 and in this capacity was the rapporteur of the International Economic Control (IOC) negotiations and contributed to the easing of the relevant conditions. In 1902 he was appointed Vice-President of the Court of Auditors and served as its President from 6/11/1914 to 30/10/1921. He died in Athens on 3/6/1923.

Konstantinos Tsakonopoulos1905-1914
He came from Corinth and worked as an employee of the Ministry of Finance where he occupied all the ranks of the Ministry's hierarchy. From December 1901 to 28/6/1902 he was Director of Stafidiki Bank. On 18/12/1902 he was appointed Director of the General Accounting Office of the State and on 28/6/1903 Secretary General of the Ministry of Finance. On 17/7/1905 he was appointed President of the Court of Auditors and exercised the duties of President until 17/10/1914 when he passed away.

Messinian origin. He was born in 1835 and studied law at the University of Athens. In 1855 he was appointed an employee at the Ministry of Finance, he was first promoted to the rank of Financial Inspector and then, in February 1875, to the rank of Head of the Tax Department. In April 1880 he was appointed Auditor to the Court of Auditors and was successively promoted to the rank of Vice-President of the Court of Auditors. He was Minister of Finance in the Government of Nicol. Deligianni from 12/1/1895 to 31/5/1895. On 30/5/1902 he was promoted to the rank of President of the Court of Auditors and exercised his duties until 25/2/1905, when he left due to reaching the age limit of 70 years. He died on 29/12/1910.

Panagiotis G. Nikolopoulos1898-1901
He was an employee of the Ministry of Finance for more than forty years. He was then appointed General Secretary in the same Ministry (Government Gazette 186/10.6.1892) and was subsequently appointed President of the Court of Auditors. He served as President from 4/3/1899 until 29/12/1901, when he died.

He was born in 1826 and worked as an employee of the Court of Auditors. On 22/1/1867 he was appointed to the Court of Auditors with the rank of Auditor. In the year 1881 he was promoted to the rank of Vice President of the Court of Auditors and on 18/5/1893 he was promoted to the rank of President of the Court of Auditors. He held office until 2/9/1896, when he retired due to reaching the 70th year of his age. He died in 1910.

Economist. He was born in Thira in 1829. He was appointed to the Treasury of the State, being promoted in 1881 to the rank of Director of the General Accounting Office of the State. He became a citizen in the Electoral District of Troizinia and was elected Member of Parliament in the 14th Parliament from 16/4/1895 to 9/12/1898. He was Minister of Finance from 23/2/1892 to 10/6/1892 in the Government of Kon. Konstantopoulou and President of the Auditing Court from 9/1/1890 to 23/2/1892. Died 6/13/1911.

Ioannis Soultanis1882-1890
Son of the chieftain of Vonitsa Anastasios Sultanis. During the Greek Revolution of 1821, he took over Patras from the French general Maisons and for many years he was the guard of this city. Subsequently, quite young he entered the financial service of the State and on 3/6/1873 he was appointed as Auditor at the Court of Auditors. He was President of the Court of Auditors from 28/5/1882 to 6/1/1890. He died on 19.9.1901

Politician, Economist and Lawyer from Gortynia. He was born in 1826. After completing his studies at the Law School of the University of Athens, he entered the judiciary, being promoted to the rank of President of Appeals. He was President of the Court of Auditors from 7/4/1876 (Government Gazette A 34) until 4/6/1881. On 20/12/1881 he was elected Member of Parliament for Gortynia in the 9th Parliament until 11/12/1885 and in the 1st Parliament from 7/4/1885 until 6/11/1886. During the period from 4/6/1881 to 3/3/1882 he served as Minister of Finance in the Government of Alex. Koumoundourou. He then practiced law and died in Athens as a retired lawyer on 1/30/1909. In the year 1876 he wrote an original monograph entitled: "On the Correspondence Account".

He was born in Tataula of Constantinople. The son of his friend Nikolaos Levidis, he took part in the Greek Revolution and was honored with the bronze Medal of Excellence of the Struggle. He came to Greece in 1828 and on 6/7/1830 he was appointed by I. Kapodistrias First Secretary of Attica and Boeotia and Commissioner for the sale of the Ottoman estates in Attica. On 17/5/1832 he was appointed Secretary of the Mint and on 22/11/1833 (Government Gazette A 37) Second Class Accountant at the newly established Court of Auditors. He was promoted on 20/2/1835 to First Class Accountant, on 12/22/1835 to Paredros and on 2/3/1840 (Government Gazette A 5) to Auditor of the Court of Auditors. Subsequently, on 17/6/1846, he assumed the position of First Class Department Head at the Ministry of Justice. He was a Member of Parliament representative of the Thracian slaves in the Second National Assembly from 24/11/1862 to 16/11/1864 and President of the Auditing Conference from 2/7/1866 to 30/12/1875 (Government Gazette A 68) He was also Minister of Finance a ) from 26/5/1862 to 26/7/1862 in the Government of Gennai Kolokotronis b) from 26/11/1876 to 1/12/1876 in the Government of Epam. Delegeorgis and c) from 26/2/1877 to 19/5/1877 to the Government Epam. Delegorgi. He was a member of important law-making committees and introduced bills concerning public finances, currency, national loans and state welfare for State employees. He died in Athens on 2/5/1893.

He was born in Nafplion in 1831, studied law and became involved in politics. He was elected Member of Parliament for Triphylia in the 2nd National Assembly from 4/27/1862 to 1/6/1863 when his election was annulled. He was re-elected on 6/3/1864 and sworn in again as a Member of Parliament for Trifilia. Subsequently, he was re-elected Member of Parliament for Triphylia in all Parliaments from 1865 to 1886, Messinia from 1887 to 1892 and Triphylia from 1895 until his death in 1898.He was Prime Minister from 3/5/1893 to 30/10/1893, Speaker of Parliament during the same period, Minister of Finance in the Governments of Kon. Kanari (1864-1865), Al. Koumoundourou (1865), Beniz. Rufus (1865-1866) and Alex. Koumoundourou (1870-1871), (1875-1877) and from (1880-1881) and Minister of Justice (1880-1881). Appointed President of the Auditing Court with B.D. 16/3/1865 which was slowly published in the Official Gazette A 30/4-19-1865. By the same decree, the President of the Audit Court N. was relieved of his duties at the same time. Silivergos. He remained appointed President until 4/5/1865, when by decree of the same date (Government Gazette A 30) his resignation was accepted. The next day with N.D. of 5/5/1865 (Government Gazette A 30), Georgios Tissamenos was appointed President of the Court of Auditors for the second time. Sotirios Sotiropoulos died on 6/5/1898.
