He was born in 1890 in Riglia Lefktro, Laconia. In 1911 he was appointed Treasury Secretary in the Ministry of Finance, promoted in 1920 to the rank of Director. He served in this capacity until the year 1950 when he was appointed Councilor of the Court of Auditors and in the year 1954 he was promoted to the rank of President. He served as President of the Court of Auditors from 23/6/1954 to 23/1/1961.
