He was born in 1887 in Agrinio. Honors graduate of the School of Law of the University of Athens and Doctor of Law (1911). In the year 1911 he was appointed financial officer, in the year 1920 he was promoted to Financial Inspector and in the year 1922 he was appointed Head of the Inspection Department of the General State Accounts and deputy Director of the Treasury Service. A little later he moved to the Court of Auditors as a First Class Auditor. In June 1929 he was appointed Councilor of the Court of Auditors, in October 1941 he was promoted to the rank of Vice-President of the Court of Auditors and in April 1949 to the rank of President of the Court of Auditors, exercising his duties from 5/4/1949 to 4/12/1953 when he resigned . He participated as a reserve Second Lieutenant in the Balkan wars and was promoted for bravery to the rank of Lieutenant and awarded the Silver Cross of the Order of the Savior. He was Chairman of the Civil Servants Equity Fund, Vice Chairman of the Postal Savings Bank, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Deposit and Loan Fund and member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Red Cross. He died in Athens.
