He came from Corinth and worked as an employee of the Ministry of Finance where he occupied all the ranks of the Ministry's hierarchy. From December 1901 to 28/6/1902 he was Director of Stafidiki Bank. On 18/12/1902 he was appointed Director of the General Accounting Office of the State and on 28/6/1903 Secretary General of the Ministry of Finance. On 17/7/1905 he was appointed President of the Court of Auditors and exercised the duties of President until 17/10/1914 when he passed away.
