He was born in 1879 and served as Secretary General of the Ministry of Finance and President of the Court of Auditors from 1/1/1931 to 19/3/1938, when he resigned to take over the management of the Athens newspaper "ETHNOS" due to the death of his brother Spyros Nikolopoulos . For twelve years he was Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the Deposit and Loan Fund. He died in Athens on 23/7/1938.
