He studied law and on 17/1/1883 was appointed a lawyer in Athens. On 20/2/1885 he entered the Court of Auditors as a Second Class Accountant. Subsequently, in September 1903 he was appointed Vice-Chairman of the Court of Auditors and was then successively promoted to the ranks of Councilor and Vice-President of the Court of Auditors. At the beginning of 1924 he was promoted to the rank of President of the Court of Auditors and exercised his duties until 1/1/1931. He died on 22/12/1932.
