He was born in 1901 in Morfitsa, Olympia. Graduated in Law from the University of Athens in 1921, he was appointed an employee at the Ministry of Finance, promoted to the rank of Director. He served in the Ministry of Finance until 1951, when he was appointed Advisor to the Court of Auditors, promoted in 1965 to the rank of President. He was President of the Court of Auditors from 2/2/1965 to 15/7/1971 and died in August 1984.
