He was born on 12/2/1919 in Athens. He graduated with honors from the Varvakeio School. Graduated from the Law School of the University of Athens. He served his military service as a reserve Second Lieutenant of Infantry (1940-1941). He was appointed a Lawyer of Athens, and then, after successful examinations, he entered the Corps of Military Justice, as a Captain of the Judiciary, subsequently promoted to the rank of Major. He served as Military Judicial Counsel from 1952 to 1962 and was subsequently appointed President of the Tax Courts. In 1968 he was appointed Advisor to the Court of Auditors, promoted on 23/3/1971 to Vice-President and on 20/7/1971 to President. He exercised the duties of the President of the Court of Auditors from 20/7/1971 to 4/9/1974. He was President of the National Gallery. He passed away in Athens on 7/30/2009.
