Politician, Economist and Lawyer from Gortynia. He was born in 1826. After completing his studies at the Law School of the University of Athens, he entered the judiciary, being promoted to the rank of President of Appeals. He was President of the Court of Auditors from 7/4/1876 (Government Gazette A 34) until 4/6/1881. On 20/12/1881 he was elected Member of Parliament for Gortynia in the 9th Parliament until 11/12/1885 and in the 1st Parliament from 7/4/1885 until 6/11/1886. During the period from 4/6/1881 to 3/3/1882 he served as Minister of Finance in the Government of Alex. Koumoundourou. He then practiced law and died in Athens as a retired lawyer on 1/30/1909. In the year 1876 he wrote an original monograph entitled: "On the Correspondence Account".
