He was born in Solomo of Korinthia in 1947. He  is graduate of  the Law School  of  the  University  of  Athens  a nd  of  the  Department  of  Public  Law  and Political  Science  of  the  same  University. In  1974  he  was  called  to  the  Bar  of Athens  and  in  1975  he  was  appointe d  as  Judge  of  the  civil  and  penal jurisdiction.
